How much does ED really help?

I'm thinking about applying ED to UCLA, but if I could get in without ED I'd prefer it because then I might get merit aid/be able to negotiate aid.

So how much does ED really help?

My LSAT score is 166, undergrad GPA is 3.85 from HYP, and I'm 1/2 Mexican American and 1/2 White.

You can get in without ED. I'd apply regular decision, if I were you.

DO NOT ED ANYWHERE!

A URM with your stats has a shot at HYS or a good scholarship inside the T-14.
