applying to law school
I am a 35 year old Puerto Rican woman. I have been working as a paralegal for over 10 years and my gpa is 3.84 however, my lsat is 135. What do you really believe my chances are of getting into a law school located in NY/NJ? Should I even bother? Or, will my personal statement really make that much of a difference? I have great letters of recommendation from my employers who I have worked for over 13 years and another attorney.

Re: applying to law school
Everything about your application sounds great - except your LSAT score. I'd suggest improving your LSAT score significantly to have a hope of getting into a law school worth attending.
