What the *&%@ is this Work and Activities thing for Yale?!

I've already talked about extracurriculars and work experience in my personal statement and in my resume, but Yale wants a separate document where I list them all again. What the hell Yale? Is anyone else planning on attaching the resume too, redundant as that might be?
