If you're a CA resident, pretty sure you're in everywhere but UNC/F/BC. UNC has a huge in state quota, so may be tricky. F is most likely on the three. BC has medians way above your stats, so that's the biggest reach, but you never know.paulshortys10 wrote:i retook a 154, and got a 161, and plan on retaking again in december(hopefully i can perform like i do on my PT's this time)

oh wow, so it's not a bad idea to apply to Hastings/UCI/UCD???tennisking88 wrote:If you're a CA resident, pretty sure you're in everywhere but UNC/F/BC. I have VERY similar stats, a slightly lower GPA and two scores: 156, 161. I got waitlisted at Davis and Hastings. I didn't apply to the other schools you're planning on applying to. And I'm also retaking in December. My last shot, otherwise I will forget law school. For what it's worth, I'm a Mexican-American female. So i'd say go for it, you never know. You may have a stronger application than I did.

An amazing app and 160+/3.0+ for a URM (especially afro-male) is basically like magic, nobody can predict where you will possibly get in. Cast a wide net and perfect your personal statement.
