Do Schools Even Care about a >4.0 GPA Forum

Do law schools even care if you have over a 4.0 GPA? Like, are 4.00's and 4.10's pretty much the same?

It's my understanding that once you are over their 75th percentile it doesn't make much difference.

Does LSAC even recognize a GPA above 4.0? I'm pretty sure A's and A+'s are the same.

It counts A+s as 4.33.

This. It looks good, but if you are above 75%, makes little difference to the numbers.

I've had many grades that would be classified as A+... sadly my school doesn't award A+'s

Not as much as they care about your LSAT. Or: No, your 4.33 is not going to get you in to at T14 with that 163 you got in October.
