3 LSATs -- 3rd Improvement = 10 + Point Increase?

Hypothetical question: If the LSAT is taken for a third time, the first two in the low 160s, and then the third one 170+, and the third was taken 2 years after the second one -- is there a legitimate shot at getting into a better law school now?
