My best guess is that you could do this, but why not ask the schools directly ?

Canadian Wolf,
Thank you for your response. I will be speaking with my school tomorrow but was hoping to relieve some of my anxiety by asking the member on here such as yourself that actually respond to the questions presented. Thanks again!
Big Law Or Bust,
Why do you care, is that really relevant to the answer to my question? I have several reasons but in a nutshell, I am human and made a mistake in coming to the school I am at.

I would think that you could. You could also just add an addendum explaining your situation, and I think you will be fine. You could also work, while you prep more for the LSAT, and increase your score to increase your chances at a better school.

I have to believe that such a situation is the reason they have the block on the apps asking about prior LS attendance. The leaves me fairly certain that is is possible, although the turn around time on withdrawing during the first semester and applying during the current cycle might be a problem(?)
Is it impossible, or not worthwhile to make it through finals and transfer?
