Well, Columbia and NYU have many more seats available, so I'd say just by virtue of that, those 2 schools would give you a statistically better chance of an ED admission. Of course it depends on your numbers as well. I don't know which schools place additional value on certain factors (i.e. some schools might weigh LSAT a bit more heavily, while others like higher GPA's), so this could throw off the calculus. Also, I think it would be a good idea to contact the schools themselves and ask how many people they admitted via ED last year. That will give you a good idea of which ones dip more deeply into the pool of ED applicants.
