Transfer Question: Top 10 % at Tier 2

What are my chances at a Top 20 transfer? These are difficult statistics to find. Anyone got any ideas?

But top 10% will put you in contention for T20 schools (probably lower T20). You're probably going to need somewhere around top 5% (depending on numerous other factors) to having a good shot at cracking the T14. Top 1% should give you one of CCN or MVPB at the very least.
