LOR question

Post by lameslice57 » Wed Oct 05, 2011 3:05 pm

So I just got a response back from one of my recommenders. He's currently in a foreign country with access to email, but no access to a scanner or printer. Am I SOL in terms of a recommendation? Also, is there any merit in asking him to fill out an evaluation (ie do schools care about evaluations at all)?

Unfortunately, I think you are SOL, since he needs to sign the letter.

And no, evaluations are useless. Most people don't even bother with them.
