(I apologize if this is somewhere else - I tried google, lsac, and TLS searching.)

Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe most schools will want to see a full transcript with a degree conferred at some point before you begin law school. So you can't avoid it forever. But you may apply and be admitted to law school with only partial transcripts.
