It doesn't mean anything, no it's not important you attend, ask whatever questions you have, dress how you want.

Probably doesn't mean much at all with respect to you specifically. Go if you want to, but you won't get dinged because you didn't go, nor will you get in because you did. You should ask questions that you would like answered, and you should dress like a normal human being/ college student would. Hope this helps.

Your numbers are remotely close to what they are looking for and they want you to send them an application fee as soon as possible.
