Weird LOR Forum

I have more than enough LORs from my professors and previous employers. However, currently my father and I own a medical distribution company in which he is the president and I am the VP. What is your take on getting him to write me a LOR?

Do not have a parent write a law school LOR for you under any circumstances.

Prevailing theory holds that there is pretty much no situation in which a LOR from Daddy is a good idea.
