Anyone know when the application for University of Houston will become available on LSAC.org?

The best answer to that question if its not available on LSAC will come from the school

I tried looking on their website but it doesn't make sense to me.

According to their website I have to submit an application by November of 2012 for early decision. That's over a year from now. Won't the class I want to be in already be in session by the time their website says I should submit an application?

I must be missing something very simple because that timeline makes absolutely no sense to me.

Looks like a typo to me. I'm sure they meant Nov 2011. Apps will probably be out on the 15th or Oct 1st. Best bet is to call the school on Monday. You might want to anonymously bring the typo on their website to their attention... I'm sure they'd appreciate that.

I have no grounds for criticizing Houston. But, in my personal opinion--a school that can't get this right will be a place that struggles to get a lot of other stuff right along the way. Educational quality aside, Im willing to bet class selection and OCI are not well designed.
