So here's my story (I've explained it before):

Going to China for a year. Got a 164 w/ 3.86 GPA.

I haven't been studying for the October LSAT, but I was thinking about a retake (Might not be prepared for October).
Should I wait for December and wait another year?

The other question is: Can I apply in September with my current stats, take the December LSAT. If I don't like where I get in and my LSAT score is better on the Dec., withdraw all of my apps and reapply in 2012?
