If so, just up top by my contact info or in the top header? Dumb minutiae questions- but ya. tyia

Put LSAT number on absolutely every piece of paper you send to schools, even electronic attachments. That way, if anything ever slips out of a folder once printed out, it is easy to put back in its place. Your LSAT number is essentially your overarching ID throughout the entire application process. Put it on everything in the header.

IIRC, most schools say to put it on everything you send them. Better safe than sorry. I put it with my name/address/phone/email.
