Is SLS only T14 that requires Statement of Dean?

I saw on Appreq it was, but I know that's a little dated.

Anyone know?

Yale does also, from every school at which you have been enrolled in a degree program:

Yale does, and many other schools require them before you enroll.

Can we get them sent in before Sept 1, or do we have to wait until then because the schools won't have our application package yet?
