To anyone here who has applied to HLS or seen its most recent application form (which, unfortunately, is not available any longer on LSAC.org):

On the criminal history disclosure question, does Harvard ask only that applicants list convictions, arrests, and pending charges? Or does HLS go further and inquire into any diversion programs and citations that an applicant has received?

Per their Fall 2011 app:

Character & Fitness

4) Have you been convicted of a felony?*
5) Have you been convicted of a misdemeanor (excluding speeding tickets)?*
6) Are any charges pending which, if you were to be convicted, would require your answer to either of the two previous questions to be "yes"?

* Please note that although a conviction may have been expunged from the records by an order of the court, it nevertheless should be disclosed in the answer to this question.
