Fee waiver question

Hey guys, I have a few fee waiver questions. First, when do schools start sending out fee waivers, assuming you are applying for admission for fall 2012? Also, with a 3.95gpa and 165 LSAT (retaking in October), what kind of schools can I expect a fee waiver from? Does it matter that I do not have a transcript on file yet and that my profile just says 3.75-4.00? I’m taking a summer class and figured I’d wait until it was over to send in my transcript.

They started a little while ago, but I don't know if you'll be getting any without a transcript. I think there's some thread floating around about that in this forum, you can get a better sense there.

I also have a question--if you don't have a transcript on file when fee waivers are released, or you didn't have information release activated on LSAC, and you get a transcript/LSAT score/activate info release, will schools that already sent fee waivers send more?
