Do Fall 2011 grades count for UGPA if applying for Fall 2012

Sorry for the long subject but that basically sums up my question. Basically are first semester senior year grades calculated in the immediate admissions cycles?

If you don't apply until after receiving them, I'm sure they would be counted as normal. I know that basically all schools suggest updating them with your grades at the end of the semester if you applied before then, but I'm not sure that they'd "officially" recalculate your LSAC GPA or whether or not they could report that GPA as opposed to the one on your original application.
