Question about LORs
I know we're supposed to have academic LORs for the applications, but I just found out that both of the teachers I planned on asking have retired. They are both still technically on the faculty as advisors, but they are just no longer teaching. Does this affect anything or would it still be effective to ask them since they were obviously professors when I took their classes?

No problem, as long as they can attest your academic abilities.jw176 wrote:I know we're supposed to have academic LORs for the applications, but I just found out that both of the teachers I planned on asking have retired. Ok, that's what I was hoping but wanted to double check. Thanks a lot!
