Resume Question -- Education or Work Experience first?

I went to a top University for undergrad and did relatively well there (good GPA, senior honors thesis, a community service award). However, I have spent the last 4 years as an Army Officer and my record there is pretty solid too.

Two Questions:

1. Should I put my education or my work experience first?
2. Would anyone be willing to look over my resume and critique it? Please PM me if you are.
