What Nationality Do I Use?
In order to take BEST advantage of "diversity" recruitment, would I be better off applying as a US-educated undergrad from Pakistan or United Kingdom? I'm an international student studying in the US with both nationalities. Which one typically applies less to law schools?

Neither checkbox is going to help you. Best you can do is try and spin an interesting diversity statement out of your life story.
