I'm definitely applying! I got a 173 LSAT and have a 4.0 GPA. Still working on the PS but everything else is in to LSAC and ready to go

You will have no problems with UT. Definitely shoot for YHS.

Re: The University of Texas Fall 2012 Admission
Is anyone considering applying for the fee waiver? It looks rather detailed and makes me think it will be hard to get. I'm a little confused about how to apply for it. It says the request has to accompany the application and gives a physical mailing address. How does that work in with the LSAC application. Anyone know more about it?
I believe the application opens tomorrow.
Good luck, everyone.
Edit: Okay, I just started the application and they are using a bit of a different system on LSAC than when I applied two years ago. I guess that answers some of my confusion.

Re: The University of Texas Fall 2012 Admission
Hey guys, I'm new to this forum so If this is posted in the wrong place sorry! Can anyone help me out on my chances of getting into UT?
- 3.3 GPA cumulative (Addendum explaining this.... Dual credit program doubled up classes on accident in junior year in High school so i took 45 hours so my GPA was dismal), 165 LSAT, 3.5 University GPA, and 3.5 Major GPA, American Indian, Previous ward of the court, low income, Worked all the way through college, Started college at 16, Graduated in 3 years from college.... only 20 years old now.
I have stellar recommendations and extra curricular activities like none other... (over 1,000 volunteer hours in the same place during college).
Any ideas guys?
Seriously, any help would be greatly appreciated... I'm only 20 so this is very unfamiliar territory for me.
Thanks!
