Fee Waivers for second cycle
I have found a lot of conflicting information about receiving fee waivers for a second cycle of applications (especially for schools that have already granted an applicant a fee waiver). I have changed my expected law school enrollment year on CRS to 2012. Does anyone know for sure if the CRS searches following the June 2011 LSAT will grant fee waivers to applicants intending on applying during the 2011/12 cycle, but didn't take the June LSAT? I also saw a thread awhile ago about registering for one of the law school forums on LSAC in order to get fee waivers. Does anyone know anything about this?

I took the Fall 2010 LSAT, and received fee waivers both in 2010 and 2011, but not for the same schools.

Did schools notify you the following year with fee waiver offers or were these hidden fee waivers?NZA wrote:I took the Fall 2010 LSAT, and received fee waivers both in 2010 and 2011, but not for the same schools.

I received letters or emails from all of them, both cycles. I never received any hidden fee waivers.nids333 wrote:Did schools notify you the following year with fee waiver offers or were these hidden fee waivers?NZA wrote:I took the Fall 2010 LSAT, and received fee waivers both in 2010 and 2011, but not for the same schools.

Oh ok! Did you just change your enrollment year on CRS? I also took the fall 2010 LSAT, but the emailed fee waivers were just for enrollment in 2011. Hopefully by updating the enrollment year on CRS, I will receive the same ones.NZA wrote:I received letters or emails from all of them, both cycles.
