LOR Question
I went to a very large public university and as such the opportunities for a close, "one-on-one" relationship with a professor were rather limited. Many of my classes were in large lecture halls with 200+ students. SO... Is it okay to just ask a professor of a class I did very well in for a LOR even if he/she doesn't know me personally? Everybody on here seems to have gotten LORs from professors who were their BFFs or something, but I can't exactly do that.

Re: LOR Question
Yes, it is fine. It may not be the best LOR in the world, but you can still get a decent one. Set up a time to talk, and be prepared to give him/her your resume and copies of some of your work from the class.Blahh_Blahh wrote:I went to a very large public university and as such the opportunities for a close, "one-on-one" relationship with a professor were rather limited.
