When will Applications be available Forum

My summer is going to get hectic towards the end and I want to start my applications as early as possible. When will Applications for the 2011-2012 cycle be available on LSAC?

August, but there isn't anything preventing you from writing your PS now.

Also, get your LORs and transcripts into LSAC now. Polish up your resume so that you can just insert anything that comes up between now and when you apply in the fall.

When the applications are available to be submitted you can be ready to hit the submit on schools without supplemental materials and spend the rest of your time on supplemental essays for those that do.

Being able to get your applications out of the way early helps your chances of admission as well as with scholarship money. For the schools I was applying to, most of them with Sept 1 app dates released theirs around mid-August, and the Sept 15 app dates around the first. (weirdos were Harvard whose wasn't up until Sept 10 and Gtown on Sept 15 [though they start accepting October 1])
