Taking the LSAT again in June. 11'

If you are applying to a T4and it is also the part time program-could one squeeze in for the fall 11'?

Yes, some schools still accept the June LSAT for matriculation in the fall, but you'd be doing yourself a great disservice by applying so late. Much if not all of the scholarship funds would be dried up by then. Take the LSAT in June and have your application materials sent in early in the fall for next cycle.

Who takes an LSAT gunning for a Tier 4? I mean I know I'm going to a Tier 3, but when I took the LSAT I kept gunning for Tier 1's and 2's. Take the LSAT in October and have your apps out by the first week of the application cycle. You'll be considered for higher scholarships, and because you're so early you might get in easier. JUST WAIT.

Apply to Cooley..no offense that's all you will get. Bust your butt off all year and get a 160..you could hit a nice tier 3 at that point.

Look around. I am sure some schools can and will accept you (like Cooley). But please, when the crushing debt of your student loans comes due, don't come asking for a bailout...

What state do you want to attend school in, what is your current life situation and what do you want to do with your law degree?

Rushing law school and going to a T4 while taking on debt is one of the stupidest things you can do right now. Wait until next cycle...you'll be glad you did
