My "special" cousin is currently considering lawschool. A few questions-

1) is being special a URM?
2) is it a soft?
3)my cousin is considering applying to Cooley, but I see that school is ranked 2nd in the country. would he have better chances at Stanford? he'd prefer to be in Michigan but I suppose he could move out to the west coast.
