Just disclose it. Unless you stabbed the guy, no one is going to give a shit that you got into a shoving match with someone at a frat party.

Disclose it but please don't say you kissed a girl and got into a fight with her boyfriend. That's a good example of what not to put on an addendum. You got into a fight. No one will care.
