At what time of day will the new rankings be released?

I know this sounds dumb, and shouldn't matter that much. I just want to know where to look to find them, and the precise moment they will be available?

Edit: A partial answer has been attained thanks to jbarl1, who provided us with the countdown link that says they will be released at 12:01 AM, on March 15th:

The poll has been changed because we now know it is either going to get leaked, or at worst, come out at midnight on the website.
