Reckless Driving (Virginia)
In 2009 I was charged with reckless driving by speed, however the charge was reduced and I plead guilty to improper driving (a traffic infraction).

In other words, I presume that I'll need to check the "Have you ever been charged with..." box on a law school app?

as always you're better off just checking the box and disclosing, it's not going to affect your admissions chances

check the box and explain... it wont hurt you if you do... it can hurt if you dont( and this is later after you invested a lot of money into school)
