Submission/Completion Deadlines Forum

one of my schools has a deadline of February 15th. it doesn't say whether it's the deadline to submit or to be complete. anyone else been in this situation? just wondering what the general concensus may be... specifically I am wondering about the U of Arizona. i am wanting to go ahead and submit, but i have a required LOR that i'm worried may not be sent/received/posted by the 15th. thanks in advance!

If it's just the general application deadline then I am almost positive that it is the date at which your application must be submitted.
