Summer Business Institutes/LSAC Transcripts

Post by Übermensch » Sat Feb 05, 2011 4:50 pm

I am considering attending a summer business program for undergraduates with little to no business background. These programs, hosted by schools like Stanford, Dartmouth, Berkeley, Chicago, Virginia, Vanderbilt, and Villanova, particularly target students with a degree in the liberal arts. Some of these programs assign grades and give you a transcript from their school upon completion of the program. Some programs even award a business certificate as proof of completion. Do the grades from these programs need to be reported to LSAC? I have a high GPA, and my worry is that some difficult math or business class during one of these programs may lower it if it counts towards my LSAC GPA.
