Will LSAC evaluate my transcript and inform me of the results even though none of my other parts of my application are complete? Or will they wait for everything and then evaluate my transcripts? Thank you!

They'll evaluate your transcript as soon as you send it to them, although it'll take a little bit. Assuming you've already signed up and paid for the CAS (credential assembly service).
