obligated to update transcripts?

Post by dh22 » Sat Jan 29, 2011 6:53 pm

I sent in my transcript during this last semester, so some of the classes were "in progress". If I received those grades before I sent in my applications, was I obligated to update my transcripts with LSAC?

I have no idea. I sent my app with last semester's transcript; at least one school I applied to said specifically to send any new grades to LSAC, so I did that.

A recollection of previous topics on this subject leads to me say that it is expected but isn't the end of the world (or a big deal for that matter) if you don't. However, if there is a big difference in your grades for the worse, most advise that you sent them as to not look lime you are hiding something. HTH.
