I am currently touching up my resume and was wondering: should I include community college under the "education" section if I only attended CC for 2 summers and a fall?

I would think so too, since your resume isn't supposed to be comprehensive by any means. I'm sure you'll be disclosing that within your actual application, and at the very least through the school's requested transcripts.
