Why does TLS use 2009 entering class stats in their articles
While reading the profiles of law schools on this site, I noticed that it uses the stats for the 2009 entering class. Additionally, I noticed that LSAC and law school predictor also use 2009 stats (at least for the part time programs which I'm looking at).
Aren't the stats completely misleading though being that many things have changed in the last 2 years? For ex. Fordham part time became a lot more competative because it cut its part time program in half due to USNews ranking part times?

When I get PMs, it also says 2009@TopLawSchools or something like that.
