Sending in a revised PS?

Post by aquyenl » Tue Jan 11, 2011 4:18 pm

soo here's the dilemma. i applied to a school ED and was held to RD. i believe my PS was really crappy and i really didn't market my experiences as well as i should have. i am thinking about sending in a revised PS to remedy that. do you think the school would look down on doing that?

I'm not sure what the consensus would be on this, but I think maybe you should leave your PS alone since they have already looked at it. Perhaps you could send in a LOCI that's very well written instead? That would show your interest in the school without dwelling on your less than stellar PS.
