I took Oct, then requested a hold for a Dec retake which i am satisfied with. When would I expect to hear back? Before Feb?

bump please. Does this mean I wait 8-12 weeks, or would it not take as long considering the rest of my application has been in for almost 3-4 months?

who's to say? depends on your numbers relative to the school's medians as well as the schools in particular. of course, this is crunch time for them, so you may not hear from them for a while. esp. if you are borderline.
