I sent out my official transcript through my institution but forgot to print out the verification form that goes along with it...what to do now??
(are they able to send just the form? re-request transcript again?)

I didn't send the verification form with neither of mine (I did joint enrollment while in HS) and they were fine. LSAC posted both of my transcripts with no problem. Though, depending on how common your first and last name is, you may want to follow-up after a few days.
