I know you need to put down on your app every college attended even if it was just for a summer course, but do you need to write down the gpa you received even though it was just 3 credits or just write in N/A?

I was told yes. On my Academic Summary Report, I had FIVE undergrad institutions listed (degree-granting, school I transferred from, study abroad, and two different summer school universities). They want to see EVERYTHING, and they calculate your GPA using all of it.
