Waiting/Holding apps for fall grades Forum

I know there was already a thread on this, but I am a little confused about the best method to apply with my fall grades, which increase my GPA about .05. I have only applied to one school so far (I know I'm late) with a few more applications ready - should I submit them now and email the schools to hold my file until my grades come in (will they automatically request another report from LSAC?) or should I just wait the two weeks to submit with my new transcript already updated on LSAC? Thanks!
