You can't. I'm pretty sure the recommender needs to send it himself or provide it to you in a sealed envelope with their signature written across the sealed part.

Terrible idea. See if he would be willing to send it if you sent an addressed envelope. Fax it even.

fax. they post really quickly so you don't have to deal with sealing envelopes or waiting for 2 weeks....

edit: your recommender only has to sign the sealed area of the envelope if you have your own address as the return address. Just put his address as the return address. Maybe I don't get your question...
