What if your jobs have no set hours or are highly variable? (i.e., you get called up on demand and may not even work some weeks)
Similarly, what would you put for contract-type jobs where you were paid on completion rather than on an hourly basis? And what about a business I started (but didn't keep track of hours/didn't pay myself)?
Yes, I'm aware my WE is pretty lame.

Either put up the average or put a range.

Probably range then for most of 'em, then. I'm really not sure what to do about jobs where I was paid on a piecework basis though, and there's really no record of time.

You can add that on your resume.
In the end, it isn't going to make or break your app.
