and about to cancel December. Illness the morning of the exam, should I write an addendum for both cancels or just December? Should I email the schools already applied to?

If you take it a fourth time and have
cancel, 158, cancel, (162+)

Then write an addendum for the Dec cancel.

No idea about the emailing, but about an addendum for the first cancel I would think it depends on what you would say in it

Email schools that you canceled Dec so they shouldn't hold your application for a future score.
