GPA Question
Do I have to submit my most recent (fall)GPA to LSAC? I sent out my law school applications three weeks ago; however, I just took took the LSAT this past Saturday. The reason why I ask is because I have a 3.8 cumulative GPA, but some how messed up this semester-3.2. I studied more for the LSAT than for school.

Re: GPA Question
at 3.8 I doubt schools would be looking to your GPA to make a decision. You should send them an updated transcript but IMO it doesnt need to be right away, some schools havent even gotten grades yet.

Re: GPA Question
Unless school's explicitly ask, delay as much as possible until apps are complete, in review, or have a decision rendered.

Re: GPA Question
+1, It's not required unless they specifically ask for it. Some schools, however, don't seem to have rhyme or reason to who they ask necessarily, so don't assume you won't get a request... just that it's much less likely.pwyoung wrote:Unless school's explicitly ask, delay as much as possible until apps are complete, in review, or have a decision rendered.

Re: GPA Question
Unless the schools ask, there really isn't a reason to send it. Many people do because they have improved their GPA, so they send it with a LOCI; however, in your case I would hope the school wouldn't ask for it.
