So I have one school left to submit, and one of my recommenders got an LLM there (though no real connection anymore, but a well-respected lawyer). However, they did not mention it in their original LOR. Is it worth it to have them redo the letter a bit and submit directly to the school or just let it go, it's a good recommendation anyway.
Thanks.

I would let it go. Just mentioning he/she went to school there won't do anything for you.

agreed. Unless it is someone that you know extremely well (close professor, family friend) that you feel comfortable asking without hesitation, I would just do without.sarahh wrote:I would let it go. Just mentioning he/she went to school there won't do anything for you.
Then again, the posting of this thread is your hesitation so no, I wouldn't and don't think it will have a significant [enough] impact
