It's starting to get late in the cycle and here's the deal:

One app has been waiting on an LOR to go complete since I turned it in in mid-late Nov. I have one great LOR, one ok LOR, and one great LOR is still on it's way (ugh).

Should I send the ok LOR so that I can go complete or wait on the second great LOR? The writer said it was mailed end of last week, so it should show up anytime but I don't know if I can believe that...

I thought about sending the ok LOR and then submitting the great LOR if I am waitlisted (but I probs won't get in anyway), but School X only accepts two LORs.

How about just sending the good one, and add the great one when it comes in. Unless the school requires two and only accepts two (which is kind of weird).

I'd give him the LSAC fax #, ask him to fax in a copy as well. If after two days nothing is posted, you know he's a flake and you should go with the okay LOR.

Requires two and only accepts two. I have two schools like that on my list, but one is one of the lowest ranked so I don't really care about a stronger LOR. This one is more of a reach, so that's why I decided to ask trusty old TLS.

Then no telling how long you would have to wait. Send with the 2. Unless the school will review your app with only 1 LOR, then assign both good ones and submit. (some schools won't hold files for LOR)

I think this is going to be my plan. The school is holding for the LOR, so I am just going to send the good one today and hope for the best.
