in at umich regardless. Above median lsat and above 75% gpa. WE makes NU likely. 170 / 3.91 will get you in the majority of the time to NYU according to LSN (pretty much WL at worst). It will really come down to how they factor in the fact that the 170 LSAT was a retake. Best of luck.
